Szombathely is a pretty historic town in the western part of Hungary and is about 2 hours from Budapest (the capitol city of Hungary). For those who travel to Hungary from western origins, it may be useful to know that Wien, Austria is only 100km from Szombathely. We are able to offer bustransfer from Wien to Szombarhely and back. The hotel is in a park right beside a little lake. Breakfast is provided by the hotel. You can reach the pool with a one minute walk (which actually is on the other side of the road). The training opportunity takes place in 50 meter, 8 lane indoor pool. Lunch and dinner is provided by a family owned restaurant – a one minute walk from the pool – where the food is more then enough even for athletes and is very tasty.
